Background Ventilators
Domus background ventilators are for use with intermittent extract fans and MEV systems.
Selecting the correct specification of background ventilation is explained in section 5 of Approved Document F of Building Regulations (p 19).

Background ventilators should be located to avoid draughts, typically 1.7m above floor level.
Domus Duct Kits
Domus pre-boxed kits include standard duct and terminal components and are to be used in the following applications:
Cooker Hood Extraction
Cooker hood kits consist of rectangular duct making it easier to conceal when installed above kitchen cabinets.
To determine which cooker hood kit is required, select the kit with the appropriate connection for appliance exhaust spigot.
Tumble Dryer Extraction
To determine which tumble dryer kit is required, select the kit with the appropriate connection for the appliance exhaust spigot.
Domus kits are available with different terminal colours. Where kit terminals are available in different colours, the kit code is marked with an (*) suffix.
